Our Community

Battlefield Estates is a residential community located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, consisting of 72 lots and a mix of state-maintained and privately maintained roads.

The Battlefield Estates Property Owners Association (BEPOA) exists to preserve association records, administer assessments authorized by the governing documents, maintain privately maintained roads where applicable, and support the long-term interests of the community.

Our Purpose

The Association works to:

• Maintain and preserve Association records

• Administer annual assessments

• Coordinate maintenance of privately maintained roads

• Conduct annual meetings and elections

• Comply with applicable Virginia laws and regulations

• Promote transparency and communication with property owners

Volunteer Leadership

BEPOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership.

Board members are property owners who donate their time to manage Association business, maintain records, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with the governing documents.

Membership

All lots within Battlefield Estates are part of the Association in accordance with the governing documents recorded for the subdivision.

Assessment obligations may vary depending on the location of a property and whether the lot benefits from privately maintained roads.
