The Battlefield Estates Property Owners Association relies on residents to help identify road-related concerns and maintenance needs throughout the community.
Use the form below to report potholes, drainage issues, washouts, erosion, fallen trees, road obstructions, damaged signs, snow or ice concerns, vegetation issues, or other road-related matters affecting Association-maintained roads.
Reports submitted through this form will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and, when appropriate, referred to the Road Maintenance Committee for evaluation and recommendation.
Submission of a report does not guarantee that maintenance work will be performed. Concerns are evaluated and prioritized based on safety, severity, available resources, budget considerations, and Association responsibilities.
