Governing Documents
The following documents govern the operation of the Battlefield Estates Property Owners Association (BEPOA) and the rights and responsibilities of property owners within the community.
Owners are encouraged to review these documents carefully. If you have questions regarding any document, please contact the Board of Directors.
Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation establish Battlefield Estates Property Owners Association as a Virginia non-stock corporation and define the Association's legal authority and purpose.
Bylaws
The Bylaws establish the structure of the Association, including meetings, elections, voting procedures, Board responsibilities, and corporate governance requirements.
CC&Rs
The Declaration contains the recorded covenants, restrictions, easements, and obligations applicable to properties within Battlefield Estates.
Road Maintenance & Membership Agreement
The Road Maintenance & Membership Agreement establishes membership obligations applicable to lots within the recorded plat of Battlefield Estates and defines maintenance responsibilities for privately maintained roads within the community.
