2026-27 Board of Directors Announced
Annual assessments support the operation of the Association and, where applicable, the maintenance of privately maintained roads within Battlefield Estates.
Current assessment amounts are established by the Board of Directors in accordance with the governing documents and are communicated annually to property owners.
$15.00 per year
Membership assessments support Association operations, including insurance, recordkeeping, mailings, postage, regulatory compliance, and annual filings with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) and Common Interest Community Board (CICB).
Membership also provides owners with voting rights and eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors, subject to the governing documents.
$107.69 per year
Road maintenance assessments support the maintenance and improvement of privately maintained roads serving applicable properties within the community.
The Association accepts ACH payments.

Assessment notices are distributed annually.
Payment due dates are provided on annual assessment statements.
Assessment obligations may vary depending on the location of a property and the governing documents applicable to that lot.
In accordance with the governing documents, delinquent assessment balances may accrue interest at a rate of 6% per annum until paid in full.
In accordance with the governing documents, recorded agreements, and applicable law, the Association may take appropriate action to address unpaid assessment balances.
