2026-27 Board of Directors Announced
The affairs of the Battlefield Estates Property Owners Association are managed by a seven-member Board of Directors elected annually by the membership. The Board is responsible for managing the business and affairs of the Association, maintaining Association records, overseeing finances, establishing assessments, maintaining common property and private roads under Association responsibility, and carrying out the duties assigned by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
President
Serves as the chief executive officer of the Association and a member of the Board of Directors. The President presides over meetings of the Board of Directors, helps carry out Board decisions, signs Association documents as authorized, and works with the Board to oversee the affairs of the Association.

Vice President
Assists the President and serves in the President's place when the President is absent, unable to act, or declines to act. The Vice President performs additional duties assigned by the Board of Directors.

Secretary
Maintains the official records of the Association, records meeting minutes, preserves corporate documents, provides notices of meetings, maintains membership records, and performs other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.

Treasurer
Maintains the Association's financial records, receives and deposits Association funds, manages disbursements authorized by the Board of Directors, and provides financial reporting to support the Board's management of Association affairs.
Term Expires: June 2027
Member-at-Large
Serves as a voting member of the Board of Directors and participates in Board discussions, decisions, projects, committees, and other Association business as assigned by the Board.
