Association Membership Assessment: $15.00

Road Maintenance Assessment: $107.69

Assessment obligations may vary depending on the location of a property and the applicable governing documents.

Assessment income supports the operation of the Association and helps fulfill obligations established by the governing documents.

Membership assessments support Association operations, including insurance, mailings, postage, recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and annual filings with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) and Common Interest Community Board (CICB). Membership also provides owners with voting rights and eligibility to serve on the Board of Directors, subject to the governing documents.

Road maintenance assessments, where applicable, support the maintenance and improvement of privately maintained roads serving portions of the community.
