The Battlefield Estates Property Owners Association conducts Annual Meetings of the membership and Quarterly Meetings of the Board of Directors in accordance with the governing documents and applicable Virginia law.

The Association's Board of Directors is elected by the membership during the Annual Meeting.

📝 This year, Battlefield Estates residents are coming together for a community-wide yard sale. Whether you're searching for hidden treasures, clearing out unused items, or simply enjoying a drive through the neighborhood, the Community Yard Sale is a fun way to spend the day and connect with neighbors.

Residents are welcome to participate from their own properties, and shoppers are encouraged to visit throughout the community during posted event hours.

Trunk-or-Treaty
