BEPOA is updating its Road Maintenance Committee volunteer roster.

If you are interested in serving on the Road Maintenance Committee, volunteering for road-related projects, making equipment available, or assisting during emergencies, please complete the form below.

Submitting this form does not appoint you to the Committee or authorize road maintenance work. Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors, and road maintenance activities are subject to Board approval.

For safety, insurance, and coordination purposes, road maintenance activities conducted on behalf of the Association must be approved in writing by the Board of Directors before work begins and coordinated through the Road Maintenance Committee.
